Topic: “Putting the Governance Puzzle Together”

TSPGA Executive Director/CEO David Wright and our PGA Professionals were part of an Allied Association Collaborative Meeting last month that provided great insight into best practices, governance, and accountability to bridge the gap and discuss relationships between Golf Course Superintendents and Club Managers.

The meeting had a real impact and aligned with the values and energy planned for the section’s 101st season. The joint meeting comprised the TSPGA, the GPGCSA (Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of Golf Course Superintendents Association of America), and the CMAA (Club Management Association of America.)

The Topic of the meeting was “Putting the Governance Puzzle Together” and featured guest speaker Thomas B. Wallace, III, CCM, CCE, ECM. Partner at Kopplin Kuebler & Wallace. We want to thank our professionals, club superintendents, and managers who participated and championed the meeting.
