Founded in 1971, Lone Pine CC is under the new ownership of the Chapman and Mezyk families, who
are committed to revitalizing the course, clubhouse, and member experience. With a rich tradition of
golf and community, our club is moving forward with exciting improvements and a focus on excellence
both on and off the course.
Position Overview
The Head Golf Professional will be responsible for overseeing all golf-related activities, including:
Managing day-to-day golf operations and staff. Organizing tournaments, leagues, and instructional
programs. Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests. Merchandising and
managing the golf shop. Supporting the growth of membership through creative engagement
opportunities. Working closely with ownership and management to advance the club’s mission.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and management experience at a private or semi-private club. Strong teaching
ability with a passion for player development across all skill levels. Excellent communication,
organizational, and customer service skills. Knowledge of modern golf technology and tournament
operations software preferred.
